Present — Principal Strategist, Rockwyn / Strategic Director (McLaurit)
Following early-stage acquisition, August Steak Company became part of McLaurit — a rising CPG empire focused on better, healthier food systems. FastBrine is now positioned as a flagship product in a new generation of consumer goods engineered for performance.
Patrick now serves as Principal Strategist at Rockwyn, driving growth for global leaders and next-generation founders alike.

CEO & Product Innovator (FastBrine)
FastBrine exploded across YouTube and social media, earning millions of views and converting grillers nationwide. Its unique formulation and method began building a new category of its own — powered by results and word-of-mouth obsession.

Founder, August Steak Company
Patrick invented FastBrine, launching it under August Steak Company. Initially released as August Steak Salt, the product quickly went viral — celebrated for producing the juiciest steaks people had ever tasted. FastBrine began transforming how Americans cook meat.

VP Sales & Channel Development
The product was successfully introduced into leading channels, including LifeExtension. Patrick built the sales team and strategy from scratch, turning a technical product into a scalable, retail-ready health innovation.

VP of Global Sales (HealthTech Startup)
Patrick entered the health-tech space as VP of Sales at a transdermal delivery startup. Leading global sales from Fort Lauderdale, he positioned the company’s breakthrough patches for growth across wellness retailers and international markets.

Founder, Strategic Exit (Helitaxi)
Helitaxi’s growth culminated in a strategic exit, selling the operations to one of Latin America’s top aviation groups. It marked a clean and high-value transition, and closed one of the most successful air mobility stories in the region’s history.

Sales Strategy & Distribution Lead
Patrick renegotiated a major distribution contract, cutting costs by 5x and saving the company $25 million annually — while doubling revenue. His work became a case study in margin recovery through structural strategy.

Head of Sales Strategy, JBS/Seara
He joined JBS Group’s Seara brand to rebuild its post-acquisition sales strategy. Patrick took financial ownership of multimillion-dollar P&Ls and successfully overhauled the brand’s go-to-market SOPs — improving channel performance and aligning execution to national expansion.

Strategic Advisor (CPG Reentry)
Despite Helitaxi’s success, Patrick felt drawn back to his CPG roots — craving the structured strategy, high-stakes execution, and sales-driven ecosystems where his talent was born. This would spark his return to FMCG, with new tools, new vision, and global-level experience.

CEO, Tech Aviation Startup
Helitaxi skyrocketed. Recognized as a unicorn in the aviation startup space, it gained cultural and celebrity relevance — flying names like Paul McCartney, Beyoncé, Amy Winehouse, and others. The brand became synonymous with VIP transport in Latin America’s most high-profile events.

Founder & CEO, Helitaxi
Helitaxi was born — a tech-enabled platform that connected air taxi providers with consumers, solving infrastructure and traffic challenges across South America. Within months, it became the official air transport of Oktoberfest and many other events, flew high-profile celebrities, putting air mobility on the map in the region.

Senior Sales Director (CPG) / Aviation Entrepreneur-in-Training
Still outperforming benchmarks (225% of quota), Patrick surprised the market by entering aviation — inspired by a vision for future air mobility. He began by becoming a helicopter pilot himself, immersing in the field before launching a venture that would reshape executive aviation in Latin America.

Sales Director
Promoted to Sales Director, Patrick managed a 114-person sales force and drove $72 million in annual revenue — 2.5x the set target. He earned a reputation as the go-to strategist for closing complex deals and unlocking exponential growth for legacy brands.

Retail Activation Director
In 2010, Patrick masterminded the largest retail merchandising display in global history — a 3-ton, 462-square-foot in-store installation using real product stock. The activation became a case study in extreme visibility, remaining in place for 45 days and redefining what in-store dominance could look like.

Territory Sales & Merchandising Lead
Within a year, Patrick scaled to territory leadership. His initiatives boosted both sales performance and brand exposure, while his hand-picked merchandising team became recognized as the most effective and motivated in the country — a benchmark across Melitta’s international structure.

Regional Merchandising Manager
Now known for his outside-the-box strategies and relentless results, Patrick joined Melitta — the global coffee and filter brand — as Merchandising Manager. Leading a 24-person team, he redefined the brand’s market presence through high-impact regional strategy and team culture transformation.

Account Executive (CPG Sales)
After becoming the top talent at a national agency representing over 50 brands, Patrick was recruited directly by Condor, South America's largest home and hygiene goods manufacturer. He became the #1 Account Executive, setting record profit margins (+7.3%) and achieving 432% of his sales quota before being tapped to lead Reckitt Benckiser’s sales operation in the region.

Field Team Manager, Retail Execution
At just 17, Patrick was promoted to manager — leading a 12-person team that included professionals twice his age. Tasked with overseeing field teams for global brands, he delivered high-performance execution and established himself as a standout leader in the CPG merchandising & field marketing agency world.

Field Marketing Specialist (CPG)
His transition into CPG began as a merchandiser, where he immediately disrupted execution standards by creating store-level merchandising protocols that became adopted as national templates — optimizing product visibility and in-store impact for leading consumer brands.

Founder, Product & Platform Engineer
At age 15, Patrick engineered one of the internet’s first video highlight delivery systems — uploading match goals globally just minutes after games ended. This was a pre-YouTube innovation that positioned his media platform as a worldwide pioneer in real-time sports content.

Founder, Digital Media Startup
The media site became a global success, attracting visitors from over 70 countries. Its rapid adoption earned it unofficial status as the team’s primary fan platform, surpassing the official site in popularity and engagement — a breakout digital media feat for the early internet era.

Junior Web Developer & Founder
At just 13 years old, Patrick Augustini began his journey as a full-stack web developer, launching a media company focused on local sports coverage. Self-taught and tech-driven, he not only built the website architecture but monetized the venture by selling ads — making him a teen entrepreneur before the term had traction.
